Albion Drilling Group Ltd is a specialist drilling and ground engineering contractor based in Stirling, serving projects throughout the UK and Ireland. Established in 1986, the company combines drilling, blasting and geotechnical expertise for demanding construction and infrastructure work.

Its drilling capabilities include deep boreholes, geothermal drilling to depths of up to 350 metres, large-diameter drilling and boreholes for piezometers and cathodic protection. The team also undertakes close-proximity, low-vibration and non-explosive blasting, with techniques suited to challenging urban and populated locations.

Geotechnical services cover soil nailing, ground anchoring, rock bolting, retaining structures, slope stabilisation, grouting, sprayed concrete, tension piles and micropiling. Albion can support projects from early advice and design input through to installation, with a fleet ranging from compact rigs able to pass through doorways to larger production drilling rigs.

The company works with construction contractors, property developers and public-sector clients on residential developments, highways, rail, harbours, hospitals, commercial buildings and other civil engineering schemes.
