Directory enquiries
The Borehole Drilling Directory operates this directory. Contact the directory about information on this website, a problem using a page or a suggestion for improving coverage.
For a drilling quotation, site visit, water supply enquiry or an update on work already commissioned, contact the company directly using its profile or official website. We do not quote for drilling, make bookings or manage contracts between visitors and contractors. Sending a directory enquiry does not send a request to the companies listed here.
Correct a company listing
To help us identify and assess an error, include:
- The company name and the URL of its listing.
- The information that is wrong and the replacement wording or details.
- A supporting source, ideally the relevant page on the company's official website.
- Your relationship to the business, if you are contacting us on its behalf.
For a closed business, duplicate listing or changed trading name, explain what has happened and which listing should be reviewed. We may need clarification or supporting information before making a change. A submitted correction is not automatically published.
Suggest a company
Include the business name, official website, business location, areas served and the borehole-related services it offers. Tell us if you own, work for or represent the company. Use public business contact details and submit only material you have permission to share.
Suggestions are considered for relevance to the directory. Submitting a company does not guarantee publication, endorsement, a particular ranking or a response within a fixed period.
Privacy and content concerns
If a page contains personal information you believe should be corrected or removed, identify the page and the specific information concerned. For a copyright concern, identify the original work, the material on this site and how you are authorised to act for the rights holder. Please provide enough detail for us to understand the issue without sending identity documents or confidential project records in an initial message.
For a broken link or technical problem, include the page URL, what you were trying to do and the device or browser you used. Do not send passwords, payment details or private access codes. Our privacy notice explains how enquiry information is used.
Concerns about a contractor's quote, invoice or work should first be raised with that contractor. We can review a concern about directory content, but cannot resolve a contractual dispute or determine technical liability.

Email [email protected]. For a listing correction, use the subject “Listing correction” and include the page URL.
Keep a copy of your message and any relevant page URL. A reply or a visible change to a listing may require further checks; we do not offer an emergency or time-critical response service.
