Aquafix

Aquafix provides water treatment and pumping services for domestic, agricultural and commercial customers across Mid and West Wales. The family-run business offers practical advice and designs systems around each customer's requirements, drawing on extensive experience in the water industry.

Its domestic work includes complete private-water-supply solutions, from borehole drilling and pumping systems through to water analysis and delivery into the home. Aquafix also supplies treatment equipment for issues including bacteria, sediment, lime scale, nitrates, iron, manganese and lead, alongside reverse-osmosis, softening and pressure-boosting systems.

For farms, the team supports clean- and dirty-water systems, dairy and parlour wash-down, effluent treatment, replacement pumps and agricultural electrics. Borehole work includes assessing likely viability, preparing estimates, arranging specialist water-prognosis reports where needed, and designing and specifying suitable systems. Rainwater-harvesting tanks are also available for uses such as wash-down and garden watering.

Maintenance and aftercare include pump refurbishment, borehole servicing, chemical treatment, cleaning and repairs. A wide range of pumps, filters and replacement parts is kept in stock, with parts delivery available. Customers can also access a 24/7 emergency call-out service, while advice and services are offered in both Welsh and English.
