Rotadrill UK Ltd is a family-owned drilling contractor based near Wingate in County Durham, established by brothers Richard and Alex in 2013. The company provides a nationwide service, combining more than 25 years of the founders’ hands-on rotary drilling experience with specialist equipment and end-to-end project management.

Its work covers water wells for domestic, agricultural and commercial properties, as well as geothermal drilling, geotechnical site investigations and ground investigation techniques. The team also undertakes Geobore-S wireline coring, dynamic sampling, open-hole drilling, grouting and window sampling, with diamond drilling and concrete coring available for reinforced concrete, brickwork, stone, blockwork and asphalt.

For water projects, Rotadrill describes a complete installation process that can include drilling, pump testing, well screens, casing, filter packs, seals, chambers and submersible pumps.
